myFace Parent Support Group

A virtual support group for parents of children with craniofacial conditions. Meets every other Thursday at 5:00 PM EST / 2:00 PM PST for 1 hour and 15 minutes, with 8–10 participants from across the country.

Led by a skilled Group Facilitator, this group offers a warm and understanding space to share experiences, ask questions, and gain support from others who truly understand the journey.

Topics often include how to support a child with a facial difference, navigating parenting challenges, family dynamics, helping siblings feel seen and supported, managing stress, and strengthening emotional and communication skills.

You are not alone—connect, learn, and grow alongside a compassionate community of parents.

myFace Adult Support Group (18+)

A biweekly virtual gathering for adults (18+) living with any type of craniofacial condition. Meets every other Saturday at 4:30 PM EST / 1:30 PM PST for one hour, with 12–15 participants from across the U.S.—and occasionally from around the world.

This group offers a safe, judgment-free space to connect with others who share similar lived experiences. Guided by a trained facilitator, participants discuss a wide range of topics such as dating and relationships, disclosing a facial difference, navigating career opportunities, accessing craniofacial care in adulthood, and strategies for stress and emotional regulation.

Together, members build community, share insights, and offer mutual support through all stages of adult life.

myFace Youth Drama Group

A creative virtual space for youth to connect, express, and grow—one Saturday each month at 12 PM EST / 9 AM PST (1-hour session).

This supportive group invites participants to explore storytelling, role-playing, improvisation, and other fun drama activities in a safe, inclusive environment. Through creative expression, youth are encouraged to reflect on their feelings, navigate challenges, and share their unique experiences.

These sessions are designed to build self-awareness, boost confidence, enhance communication skills, and foster personal growth.

Grupo de Apoyo para Padres en Español

Un espacio virtual de apoyo para padres de habla hispana que tienen un hijo con una condición craneofacial. Se reúne cada dos jueves a las 5:30 PM hora del Este / 2:30 PM hora del Pacífico. Las sesiones duran 1 hora y 15 minutos y suelen contar con entre 8 y 10 participantes.

Este grupo gratuito, ofrecido por myFace, brinda un ambiente seguro y acogedor para que los padres compartan sus experiencias, expresen sus pensamientos y reciban el apoyo de un facilitador de grupo de habla hispana.

Los temas de conversación incluyen: cómo apoyar a un hijo con una diferencia facial, los desafíos de la crianza, la dinámica familiar, el apoyo a los hermanos, la regulación emocional, el manejo del estrés, la comunicación efectiva y mucho más.

Las sesiones se realizan por Zoom y están diseñadas para crear comunidad, fortalecer vínculos y ofrecer acompañamiento en cada paso del camino.

myFace Adolescent Support Group

A virtual support group for teens ages 14–18 with craniofacial conditions, held one Sunday each month at 12 PM EST / 9 AM PST. Each 1-hour session includes 8–10 participants from across the country.

This welcoming space gives adolescents the chance to connect with peers, share their experiences, and talk openly about life’s challenges—from peer pressure and bullying to social media, emotional regulation, and stress management. Guided by a trained Group Facilitator, participants explore healthy coping skills and gain support in navigating daily life with a facial difference.

Each session wraps up with a fun group activity like Jeopardy or Family Feud—because support should include some laughter, too.
